Grant continues to build the firm’s Technology, Information and Outsourcingpractice, leading from the front, and is an experienced commercial lawyer with offshore legal experience having previously practised in the Isle of Man.

Grant negotiates and drafts commercial contracts of all kinds and also advises on risk evaluation and management strategies, particularly in the areas of data protection and technology use.

Grant is accredited as a specialist in intellectual property law by the Law Society of Scotland and is a ranked individual for intellectual property by Chambers & Partners.
