Iain deals with a broad range of cases in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session (particularly the Commercial Court) with an emphasis on banking and financial services litigation, contentious IP/IT and general commercial litigation.
Iain advises clients in both the private and public sector on dispute resolution and has experience of various forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration.
