Spring Seminar Series – May 2010

We are hosting a breakfast seminar on 25 May on supply management and how to drive better value from supply contracts as a purchaser. At a time when procurement functions are under ever increasing pressure to deliver more for less, this session will provide practical and legal tips for achieving this, aimed at anyone involved in contract negotiation or management.

Specific issues will include: how to maximise bargaining position at negotiation stage; recognising and dealing with supplier tactics; performance review and benchmarking; exercising audit and inspection rights; dealing with multiple suppliers; and exit management/termination assistance.

The session will be held at our offices at 15 Atholl Crescent, Edinburgh -  click here for a map and directions. Breakfast will be available from 8.30am, and the seminar, delivered by Grant Campbell, Partner and Head of the T, I & O Group, will run from 9am until 10am.
